How do I make an order?
Send the details of your order to shimmering.oven@gmail.com. Order details can be found in Pricing and Details.

When and How do I make payments?
When your order is accepted, a confirmation email with banking details will be sent. Do make your payments within 2-3 days. Email us the screen shot (if online banking) or time and date of the transaction. Production of order will only commence after receiving payments.

REMEMBER: Late payments may result in late delivery.

When is the latest that I can place an order?
Do send your email order at least a week before the Delivery Date. Anytime later, may or may not guarantee your order to be confirmed.

What if I want a special theme/colour/design?
Email us with your ideas and we'll discuss with you for the best outcome :)

- We do not guarantee the outcome of specific colours/design, but we will try our best to come as close to the agreed colour/design.

- Full payment should be made. Non-refundable.

- FRAGILE : Please handle with care, We will not be held responsible for any damaged caused by the customer.
